Become a volunteer

Do you want to experience the HCA Marathon up close and help create a festive and enjoyable experience for the runners?

HCA Marathon is looking for volunteers and support groups - sports clubs, scout troops, high school classes and the like - to help organise the HCA Marathon. Together we can create a fantastic setting for thousands of runners and spectators who come to Odense for an adventurous running experience. Sign up as a volunteer or support group.

You can either sign up:

  • As a volunteer (individual(s))
  • As a CVR-registered club/organisation (group)
. Contact us at info@hcamarathon.dk or 27 21 37 45

We look forward to hearing from you

Who can volunteer?

Anyone can volunteer at the HCA Marathon.

It could be you and maybe a friend who wants to help create a great experience for the runners and at the same time become part of our fantastic volunteer team, many of whom come back year after year.

Which groups can help?

Fjordager Sports Association is behind the HCA Marathon and there are many dedicated and active members, parents and others who help out, but they can't do it all themselves, so they need other associations, clubs, scout troops and the like to help and at the same time make an extra effort for their own club. As a CVR-registered club/organisation or other, we provide payment to the club for the tasks that are solved.

From sports life back to club life

As a CVR-registered club/organisation, we provide payment to the club/organisation for the assignments that are read. This gives you the opportunity to earn a little extra for new tools, new clothes, a subsidy for an expensive training camp or something completely different. At the same time, it's a great opportunity to create good relationships in the club environment for the benefit of both HCA Marathon and you.
