The weather forecast promises good weather, which also means it's extra important to be aware of your hydration levels. To get the best experience on race day, we recommend that you make sure you drink plenty of fluids - not only during the race itself, but also in the days leading up to it.
On race day, we have three depots on the route. At depot 1, you'll get a ½ litre of water to take with you. At depot 2 and 3 we serve both water and energy drinks in glasses.
Feel free to use all the depots, even if you don't feel thirsty - it helps you keep your energy up all the way to the finish line.

The first 9-kilometer markers are placed on the left side, and from kilometer 10 onwards, the signs are on the right side in the running direction.
Guids will be positioned along the route to guide you in the right direction, and traffic will be controlled by the police and the home guard.
Instructions from all officials must be followed.
Looking for a new PR? You have the option to follow our pace teams. Pacers complete the course at a managed pace and finish at 1:30, 1:45, 2:00 and 2:15.
The pacers can be recognized by the big ballons with their finish time written on them.
There are four depots on the route.
Depot 1 (approx. 6 km) is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by water on almost all sides. To preserve nature and avoid empty drinking cups blowing away in the wind, bottled spring water is served here.
At depot 2 (approx. 10 km), depot 3 (approx. 15.5 km) and depot 4 (approx. 17.5 km) there will be both energy drinks (High5) and water. The energy drinks will be ready at the first table, and you will find the water at the last table – so you can quickly and easily grab what you need.
We encourage you to use the collection bags provided for empty bottles - and if you miss one, someone will be happy to pick it up and collect the deposit. In this way, we help each other take care of our surroundings.
You will find toilets after each depot.
Dogs are not allowed for the safety of other participants.
