Lecture descriptions

Henrik Gehlert

Henrik is the coach of Denmark's fastest marathon runner of all time, Jacob Simonsen. Henrik and Jacob are constantly working to find those extra seconds per kilometre that make the difference in a marathon. Come and get inspiration for your training - maybe just the final spark you need to finally achieve your dream PR.

Ulrik Pihl

Most people only run one or two marathons in their lives. You can't say that about Ulrik Pihl. A few years ago, he ran his 1000th marathon at HCA. Now he's rounded 1,300. How does he find the motivation to keep going?
