Welcome to the Funen Challenge - the ultimate running experience on Funen, where three of the island's most iconic races come together in one challenge:

As a participant, you'll run with an exclusive GULD bib and become part of a special community of runners taking on the challenge.
When you complete the challenge within the same calendar year, you will receive a unique Funen Challenge medal. The medal is your visible proof that you have completed all three races and become part of an exclusive group of runners who have taken the Funen Challenge.

The first race in the Funen Challenge is the Lillebælt Half Marathon, which crosses the Old Little Belt Bridge and unites Middelfart and Fredericia in the beautiful area around the Little Belt.

To participate in the Funen Challenge, you must run the half marathon distance at the Lillebælt Half Marathon.
The second race in the Funen Challenge is Fynske Bank De 3 Broer, which runs from Rudkøbing to Svendborg. Langelandsbroen, Siøsundbroen and Svendborgsundbroen are all part of the route, which also offers some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery across Tåsinge past Valdemars Slot.
The third and final race in the Funen Challenge is the HCA Marathon, which takes you through the streets and alleys of Hans Christian Andersen's iconic birthplace. Andersen's iconic birthplace.
To participate in the Funen Challenge, you can choose to run the ½ marathon or marathon at the HCA Marathon.
Registration for the Funen Challenge is done via individual registrations for the 3 races.
VERY IMPORTANT
Remember to register with the same profile AND the same registration name at www.sportstiming.dk for each race. This means that you must ensure that you do not use a middle name on one registration and not on the other.
If you sign up with different profiles and/or names, you will not be registered for the Funen Challenge.
You only run with a gold bib when you have registered for all three races.
To complete the Funen Challenge, you can choose from the following distances:
Lillebælt Half Marathon: ½ marathon
Fynske Bank De 3 Broer: ½ marathon
HCA Marathon: ½ marathon OR marathon
NB! It is not possible to complete the Funen Challenge if you have participated in the Half Marathon Walk at the Lillebælt Half Marathon.
Start numbers will not be reserved for participants in the Funen Challenge, and start numbers must be purchased individually for the three races on the same terms as other participants.
There can be several reasons why you haven't received your gold bib.
The Funen Challenge must be completed within the same calendar year.
This means that the order of the races is as follows:
